Customization requires an appointment with an ETNA representative and applies only to orders meeting the minimum quantity requirements.

Temporary Housing
Los Angeles County

If your home was damaged or destroyed in the recent wildfires in Los Angeles County, you are allowed to install a temporary housing unit on your property for a period of up to six years, according to emergency rebuilding allowances.
  • Your primary residence must have been damaged or destroyed in a declared disaster.
  • You must own or have rights to the land where the NEST will be placed.
  • A copy of the damage assessment or insurance claim.
  • Proof of property ownership.
  • A site plan showing where the NEST will be installed.
  • The specification sheet of the ETNA NEST (we provide this).

We recommend selecting the “Manufactured/Factory-Built Housing” option for faster review.

County inspectors will review your site for:

  • Safe access for installation and emergency services.
  • Utility connections (water, power, septic/sewer).
  • Setbacks and clearance.

Once approved, you will receive a permit valid for 3 to 6 years, depending on the rebuilding timeline.

ETNA California will coordinate the final delivery and setup of your NEST on-site.
